Current Library is getting pretty overwhelmed by the number of libraries that need to be managed and desprately needs a rewrite to include a folder structure.

The folder structure will help locate the user, centering him at the active model. At the moment, the internal Cells in the active Model, the active dgn and its Ref attachments are in a bit of a blind spot. This is legacy problem inherited from the days before Shared and Parametric Cells (stored internally, ACAD-style) where Cells were stored in external libraries attached using 'RC=XXX'; and before large numbers of libs needed to loaded for both platform and vertical tools.

The info is already harvested by Project Explorer but remote from the Cell Lib dialog which makes the PE information difficult to use.

Reference attachments will also contain useful information. Often easier to source from another project model instead of going back to the more generic project or office libraries. Especially for Parametric or any other Cell that has parameters or Item Types attached.
