The Cell Library dialog should be enhanced to highlight and filter for selected Cells. This would help provide users a focal point for editing and updating Cells. The Cell library could then function as a mustering point for follow on tasks like:-
Open for Editing tool
Updating / Replacing Cells
Updating Cells from external Cell libs See Auto Update Parametric Cells introduced in Mstn 17. As mentioned elsewhere this functionality would be good to extend to Graphic / Shared Cells.
Listing Parametric Cells selected using the new Select Similar tool
Convert between Shared/Graphic/Point etc
Export to .cel/folder

As mentioned elsewhere, the current Cell Library dialog is too focussed on reporting on external Cell libs for placing Cells and needs to look inwards to become more of a Cell Manager dialog.
