The Auto Update tool should also check for changes to see if the Parametric Cell stored as hidden Cell definition in the active dgn has been re-defined as a Graphic or Point Cell. If it finds this change it should report and ask the user which default setting to use with the Cell, and offer to sync from / to the Cell library.
