Would it be possible to have folders in the dropdown, please?
It's getting to the point where we have so many dgnlibs, .cels and other folders that having a single list is pretty unpleasant.
Looking a OpenBuildings Designer, almost all the objects like Doors/Windows/Openings, Celings, Spaces, Objects, Curtain Walls, Railings, Profiles, Grids etc utilise Cells that need to stored and accessed periodically. Other verticals?
Even Dynamic / Building Views need to store their annotation Cells somewhere.

thanks for the suggestion! Are you thinking of the drop down to reflect the same structure of your local folders and what level of nesting would you expect to access?
