Add "Anchored" property for a Terrain Model.

Display ByLevel color in status bar

When selecting a level from the Attributes group in the ribbon, level name and ByLevel color is displayed. The selected active level is displayed in the status bar but only with its name. Would be nice to also see the ByLevel color besides it.

"Hatch pattern" - disable "Associative boundary" when we select "Element" button

It does not make sense that "Associative boundary" is enabled if you select the "Element" button... because the element will be part of the pattern..
