I have seen that we can edit later some pattern parameters which don´t appear in the properties palette if we do it from the Tool Settings window (or "Change Pattern" tool).
However I think that ALL pattern properties should appear in the Properties Palette such as:
1) Snappable
2) "Row Spacing" and "Column Spacing" when "Pattern Definition"=From Cell.
3)Pattern definition (in properties palette) should admit: From File.
4) We were able to select another "Pattern name" (pattern from .pat file).
5) If "Pattern Definition" = From Cell, show the parameter "True Scale" to enable or disable it.
