WMTS tiles in Microstation are only supported in KVP, but not in RESTFUL. As a result, many wmts services cannot be used. There is an urgent need to integrate the restful protocol, as more and more public administration services are only offered via the restful protocol.

Who even marks WMTS as supported in Microstation when it is only partly usable. It is safer to tell users that WMS/WMTS is not supported at all than to try to explain why it only works for half of services.
