More and more requests for DGN to SHP format, due to increase in GIS use
it was a functionality in Power civil which was not inserted in OpenRoads designer.
Yet it was a selling point??
What should be done ?working with PowerCivil to have Bentley Map???
MicroStation might export a SHP file, but with no feature attribution. That is, geometry with no meaning. Would that be sufficient?
Bentley's GIS products -- such as OpenCities Map -- can create an attributed SHP file.
