Description:
Since years the DWG-format supports BLOCK-definitions for each BLOCK in one DWG FILE and there is a BLOCK definition Property "description".
Like the Cell property in a cell library "description". It's the DGN model description from each model.
For compatibility reasons, Microstation should support this DWG feature from the cell-cescription (Model description) in the later convert process to DWG as the Block property "description"
