At[mention:b4655d19af2c4b9aa4ca34faa3cc9838:e9ed411860ed4f2ba0265705b8793d05]'s suggestion, I request thatBe Communities start a Blog that deals with matters concerning EC Schemas.
EC Shemas have been a core part of MicroStation technology since around 2010, and have remained a dark mystery. But, as a core component of the product, the presence and capability of EC Schemas should be more widely known.
EC Schemas are not discussed in MicroStation's help documentation, so the average user will know little of that technology. However, there are two help sources not delivered with MicroStation but available from Bentley Systems...
EC Class Editor
EC Services help doc installed with the MicroStation CONNECT SDK
There may be other help sources that I have not encountered.
A blog will help to spotlight this technology and make it more approachable by MicroStation administrators and consultants.
Hello Jon, we have started a wiki with some relevant links, available here: https://communities.bentley.com/products/microstation/w/microstation__wiki/53386/ecschema-what-is-it. Please feel free to ping us if there are other specific topics you would like to see covered there.
Thank you again for the idea!
Best regards,
Eduardo L

Jan Slegr pointed out that the iModel.js website has another insight into EC Schemas on the Base Infrastructure Schemas page.
