If MicroStation were to include an ECSchema that describes clashes, then 3D analysis software - a.k.a.clash detection - could write results as ECSchema data attributes. Consequently we could creates reports using MicroStation's built-in reporting. Then, a report could be exported in Excel format for external analysis or used to create a table for review within MicroStation.

Should be made to work with new Issue Resolution Service in Mstn CE. And IRS should be compatible with buildingSmart BCF format.
Entry point should be the Mstn Clash Detection tools. The Clash Detection tool would offer the user an option to 'tag' the attribute to the element. The CD tool is based on rules. Attaching EC attributes without something like a rules based filtering tool would not be worth the trouble in most cases. It would also be good to leverage any Design History info, as this would be the means of tracking changes, especially if ISM is used,
What info would you attach? The element would be in their respective discipline models. Takes two to clash... so link to the other element? But doesn't the CD tool already do this? One possiblity is the approximate position of the clash? But this would mean some fancy spatial calcs.

It's not clear from your comment whether you think it's a good idea, a bad idea, or should be something else entirely. If you think it is, please upvote. If it's a bad idea, downvote. If you think it should be something else, please submit your own idea as a new post (but I see that you have made plenty already!).

Its the beginings of a good idea... but formulated by someone who has clearly very little idea of what the industry has been up to.
Making the response a binary choice does not help make better tools.
