When a label with leader line is placed, the line can either be attached to the left or to the right of the label cell. As a user I'd like to have the option "top" and "bottom" as well

Within MS you can add a text box which is based around a rectangle. A lot of standards are now looking at other options to display the box behind the Text, ie an ellipse, triangle, rounded rectangle etc.
