Currently the distance constraint cannot become 0. Microstation in this case refuses to carry out this action. Other CAD-Applications (e.g. Siemens NX) allow to use 0 as legth of a distance constraint, which is often very useful.

Please add this capabillity to the distance constraint in MicroStation
