I can use PowerSelector keyins to almost create a selection of all text elements in a file. Text, text nodes and dimensions are available. However, notes and tags are not available so I therefore can not form a keyin script toselect notes and tag text as well. Notes and tags are available using the Element Selection tool, however these do not come with keyins like the Select By Attributes dialog. The following example shows available keyins in green, along with the unavailable ones I would like to have in red;

I would find these additional operations very usefull for batch and button processes that need to select all types of text for operations such as bringing to front and moving text and note elements to specific levels.
