The Label Cell filter option always crashes MicroStation, (even in update 16.02), if used with a large number of cells in MS_CELLLIST, could we get this fixed by introducing a variable specifically for Label cell libraries to limit the list size.

Is there a reason why still in CE update4 Measure are has different Method list as for other similar tools? It looks outdated.
