Add Default Locks option to pop-up from Status bar similar to Default Snaps pop-up

In MicroStation CONNECT the Locks pop-up menu from the Status bar should be made more similar to the Snaps pop-up. The first icon in the Snaps pop-up is Default Snaps which when selected displays a list of all of the snap modes. The Locks pop-up needs this option as well as access to the Unit and Axis locks are very inconvenient.
