Within MS you can add a text box which is based around a rectangle. A lot of standards are now looking at other options to display the box behind the Text, ie an ellipse, triangle, rounded rectangle etc.

When using" Replace/update Cell" the item data will be lost. There is an option to replace tags, similar option is needed for items.
