Idea is for Display Rule for Raster Attachments.

I would like to have a rule for whenever I attach a monochrome or single channel raster image to always display a certain way.

For example, I would like some rules options to make the raster monochrome, for the background to be transparent, and the display order. [transparency and priority would also be new features for all Display Rules].

But in other circumstances I might want different options, I might want to change the foreground colour to be solid or partially transparent or invert the raster entirely to suit the project.

I understand I can do this directly with the attachment but having a display rule can simplify/unify the display process, so I don't need to adjust every image I attach. Also, some users set up attached images differently or incorrectly between CAD files, so this method takes away the variability.
