I'd like to request the ability to set up a Note (dimension) style that places a leader line underneath the FIRST line of text while allowing other lines of text beneath the leader line. Something that might look like this:
We need notes that look like this all the time. Since we cannot create them automatically from a dimension style, we end up having to place two or three unrelated elements that have no relation to each other, and cannot be manipulated in the same way a Note can be.
Please consider adding the ability to create a note style for this!
Autocad has the option to define various types of leader lines. These are stored in multileader styles.
"Easily manage your CAD standards by creating different Multileader Styles.
All settings for Multileaders are controlled by the Multileader Style. Open the Multileader Style Manager from the Leaders panel on the Annotate tab (in the Ribbon). The dialog box has three tabs that allow you to control the format, structure, and content of the style.
Create different styles for different tasks. You might have a style that uses a hex block for keynote callouts, or one that sets default text for standard notes that always read the same. Your options are nearly endless, and they all start with creating Multileader Styles.”
