    File open/New Windows file explorer 'quick links/shortcuts'

    Can we add the Windows file explorer 'Quick Links/shortcuts' option to the file dialogs i.e. File Open File New. Most application offer the Windows Quick links/Shortcuts to their File open dialogs. Sadly MS doesn't. Can this be added as a preference?
