Due to the Point Cloud has the "Anchored" property in the "Point Clouds" dialog I think that a "Terrain" object should also has this property "Anchored" in the properties palette. Sometimes we could move the terrain accidentally.

It does not make sense that "Associative boundary" is enabled if you select the "Element" button... because the element will be part of the pattern..

If you have a look to "Dimension Linear" tool settings (attached image) there is the option "Dim offset", but if you use the tool: Dimension Element, it does not have it. So please, add this option also in the "Dimension Element".
