I would like to place a title block as annotation cell that goes with the annotation scale RELATIVE to the drawing sheet

As you draw on different formats I like still to place the same title block (not several copies on each drawing border - like in the title block samples)

When you have to switch to another scale currently you have to scale the title block manually accordingly.

Th better way would be if the titleblock origin could be "anchored" to the LOWER LEFT corner of the drawing sheet (where it mostly resides for rather most of all drawings that I came across) and go along with any change of the drawing sheet - size or scale.
