I think it would be very useful to have the ability to save and recall different DWG export settings. For example:
In some cases I want to flatten the references into my exported DWG (either as a "block" or just as geometry);
In other cases I want to keep references as XREF;
Maybe some different DWG version depending on the client;
Maybe different line weight settings;
...
