Microstation is missing projective warp method. For aerial data if it is slightly angled affine projection is not suitable as it allows only skew but doesn't allow trapezoid shape to fix perspective. Descartes are not an option as just simple warp is needed with 3+ pts. Now it requires to use Photoshop or other photo editor to straighten image before warp.
