Line styles can contain Cells. Line styles can also be scaled according to Annotation Scale.

Cells can already be scaled independently in the x,y,z. So, it would be great to support independent x,y,z scaling factors for the Cells in a Line Style. This would open the door more efficient hatching and other geometric annotation.
