Currently in MicroStation, if a user wants to remove an arc segment from a closed complex shape and replace it with a straight line, they must drop/explode the complex element, delete the arc, draw a new line, and re-complex the shape. This multi-step workaround disrupts workflows, especially when patterning complex areas.
