Element template Hatch and Pattern Styles should be useable in 2D, not just 3D.

When I set up a batch Pattern in an Element template, I currently cannot apply that template fill to a 2D Shape or Complex Shape, or any Closed Element.

Seems' obvious that it should have that capability when used.
