Custom Dictionaries feature is broken. filename.dic -> simple text files.

Configuration variables for Custom Dictionaries don't work at runtime MS 23/25 locally from Start Menu but do load the paths when I double-click a CAD file in PW. Both variables resolve in the preprocessor debugger.

When the config variable does work, I can see my custom dictionary files mapped in the variable, but I cannot see my custom dictionary words in the Spell Checker feature when I use it to spell check words.

My objective is to have multiple dictionary files with proprietary words, acronyms, technical words specific to engineering or product information in each file.

The current system is where I have to add custom words one at a time in the interface...
