OpenRoads Designer honors the reference attachment options set in the drawing boundary seed. Please program MicroStation to do the same. Program MicroStation's Create Drawing From Boundary Seed to honor all reference attachment options that are set in the Drawing Boundary Seed, and most especially for "Scale Line Style by Reference Scale".

The issue that we are having is that sheet models generated by MicroStation using Create Drawing on a named boundary from a drawing boundary seed that creates a drawing-type model, have the Reference option "Scale Line Styles by Reference Scale" toggled on, when the setting on the reference attachment in the seed is to NOT scale the line styles. This forces the CAD Technician to open each sheet model and adjust the reference option.
