Placing or editing text font behaviour. For whatever reason the font never seems to lock in with the text style when I choose or change Text Style.

Currently when I am in the text editor there is no enforcement of the font to adhere to the text style that it was assigned, even though it has been assigned and saved in the Text Style Editor in a DGNLib.

This idea is to adopt a ByStyle lock for the Text editor.
Same operation as we already have for By Level; colour weight style for elements.
