Our technical documents show both metric and imperial units above the dimension line beside each other. Currently, this is only possible via a manual process using the text editor to type the secondary units(imperial inches) next to the * within the primary unit (metric mm). There could be a setting within dimension styles that would allow primary and secondary units to be aligned based on the user's preference.
