If I want to place text above a line or other element with an offset that changes relative to the text when I change the annotation scale, I use one of the Descender options in Text Justification.

However there is no option if that text is below the object. Can we get justification options that cater for this, presumably they'd be called Right/Center/Left Ascender?

Or even better, some offset option to offset the snap/insertion point above/below but also along positive or along negative relative to the text? Presumaby this would be set by text height values, but most importantly it needs to be Annotation scale enabled.
