our standard is to use stacked fractions, so having the option to do that everywhere would be valuable

in general, I am not a big fan of stacked fractions at all. however, given the parameters of this particular portal, I would say it is a good idea to allow the option to stack the fractions, but only as an option, not a mandate.

If the text style has stacked fractions turned on, then stack fractions should be used, regardless if it is an Excel table, a dimension, a text field, etc. There should be consistancy with the text and fractions.
