Hello Bentley,

Element Linestyle scales can already be applied and modified on a per-Element basis.

This idea is to add a tick-box in the place Element palette when a custom linestyle is selected and to allow the user to enable and apply a scale to the Element when it is being placed.

An example palette attached to this request.

The proposed tick-box and field would be newly appended to the existing palette options.
