The new Area tools in MS 2023 need to have an option for formatting. Drawing> Analyze>Area tools.
This will allow the user to select the units rather than take the DGN file settings.

We use conversion factor for TM geodetic measurement so it is not usable for units. There is need for units.
Also the conversion factor could be calculated automatically from coordinates.
