Now that Bentley have introduced the 23.0.0 folders in the APPDATA folders, the deployment option /layout needs an option to be able to take a 23.0.0 template for both local and local/temp versions and add these to the user profile.

C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Temp\Bentley\MicroStation\23.0.0

Basically if the installer had an option to look for the 23.0.0 folders as a template and then when the user starts MS it creates them, it saves us time manually doing it.

As it stands we have to post copy the 2 x 23.0.0 template folders to each user APPDATA making the installation process longer.
