When creating or import a Level structure into a DGN, Element Template creation can be automated with a tick box, or be automatic and simply enabled at a later date.

Templates can also have an Item Type instead of name/description fields to enhance metadata integration. In addition, a new optional field with a keyword.

Keyword Item Types, comma delimited, can be used for things like Notes, Lists or exported/extracted to spreadsheets. One or more keywords can be extracted.

For example, a Level for 3D bolts can be:

Name: CIV_Hardware_BOLT

Description: Steel Bolts for Bridges

Keyword: Bolt, Steel, Bridge

To take it a bit further, why not make all Level/Template attributes available as Item Types?
