With the increasing resolution of screens, I am finding these handles are disappearing into the background.
(Do not mistake for Element Grips. This request relates to the small circles around the pointer during commands)

I do not wish to reduce resolution (seems defeatist to me) so is it not about time that this feature was implemented?

I see a V7 Ask Inga tip to change weight 8, but this no longer applies.
