We currently do not have a viewer (free or otherwise) for our clients to review DGN files which take advantage of Display Rules.
As you know Bentley View Connect was discontinued and removed from the downloads site shortly after the release of Bentley Connect, this is the only viewer that can take advantage of Display Rules functionality.
Please don't suggest Bentley Navigator as we have just downloaded a trial version and tried to open a file (I-model) as a test case, the file contained a cube primitive, the file also included a sheet view of the cube, the file could not be opened!
If you cannot view and interrogate a DGN file irrespective of it's content, then we do NOT have a deliverable, please, please reinstate Bentley View Connect until this is remedied.
Maybe someone might take time to explain the logic behind this decision as I cant see it.
