Currently we cannot toggle the annotation scale of nested reference using the "Use Active Annotation Scale " option from refences dialog box. This option is greyed out for the nested references and we can only control the annotation scale of direct references.

We can control the display and snap option of the nested reference.

Add the ability to control the annotation scale of nested reference using the configuration variable like we have one to edit the Levels of nested references using the configuration variable

"MS_LEVEL_EDIT_NESTED_ATTACHMENT_LEVELS".
