Open the GCS dialog when clicking on the GCS status icon in the lower right corner Merged

It is nice that, at a glance, I can see whether the current DGN has a GCS set.

It would be even nicer if I could click on that icon and open the GCS dialog, instead of having to switch to a ribbon that has the right tool. This enhancement would add exactly nothing visual to the UI, just one more way to open the GCS dialog that is always at-hand.
