The Modify tool is greatly used. But it only works on un-nested elements.

As we need to package more and more stuff into smart objects and Cells, we need to enhance the Modify Element tool to tunnel in to reach nested elements. Similar to the way that Edit Text can tunnel can reach and edit Text elements nested in Cells. Or Fence Stretch can also mod nested elements.
