I was thinking of a template text whenever you start a thread in the communities like:
[>Product</>Version] >Description<
You can either then fill in the information or delete the placeholder if irrelevant.

Thank you for providing feedback. At present, the ability to add a template is not available and may require customization from the vendor. This is something that is under review until we transition fully transition to the platform's newest version.
