Something that has been missing from MicroStation is a manipulation tool called 'ALIGN to element' tool.
In other applications such as ACAD and REVIT this tool is really powerful. MicroStation is lacking functionality, which could very easily be included.
Although there is a 3rd party VBA app from this link, core MicroStation needs it.
It also needs to work in both 2d and 3d.
Ok you could argue we could use the constraints tools, but it needs to be a separate tool that is quick and easy to use
