change direction of multiple elements

I'd like to be able to select multiple elements, then choose CHANGE DIRECTION, then click desired element to flip or all (holding CTRL). Just as it was possible in V8iSS10 and previous.

Currently (in CE15) I cannot pre-select elements, because CHANGE DIRECTION deselects all of them.

I'd like to make a selection first, either by using Powerselector, Select By Attributes, everything on current level (lock level on;choose all;lock level off) or Named Group/Quickset. Then I Change direction. I use these ways a lot in V8iSS10 in 2D to change lines/curves or in 3D to change material directions of closed elements.

    Hello Ivo, The issue you've reported here is a defect that was reported by another user. The issue has been resolved in version 10.16.01.56. Please upgrade to the latest version for the fix.

    For future reference, if you have an issue that works in one version and not the latest version please contact MicroStation support to report the problem.

    I agree that CONNECT tools should work the same way as previous versions of MicroStation. Changing functionality arbitrarily is just sloppy programming.
