It would be useful to have a different icon displayed on the issue resolution flags to denote a different classification of issue.

For example a Hazard should be easily recognizable in contrast to the standard flag icon by using an exclamation mark or some other appropriate icon.

This should be configurable in the form setup so each different issue is easily identifiable when the issues are toggled on
