The ability to create lofts based on profiles that may be same orthogonal plane or different. Ie square to round with a spacing of X between to profiles. Lofting would then automatically blend the 2 profiles. You can also loft multiple profiles ie square to round to triangle... You are also able to loft at an angle like 90 deg from each other. Handy for drawing ducting or abstract solids.
Silly question. Is this available in open building, and if so what version for that? Need to find out if worthwhile for IT to update my computer!!!
Hi William, we released a new Parametric Solid Loft tool in Update 17. It is currently a General Access Technology Preview feature, so it would be great if you could try it and let us know if it works for you.
