There are some scenarios where the Text Manipulators are on the arrow manipulators and if you try to pick on the arrow you finally select the text. (it is quite difficult to select the arrow).

For example, if you create a "Variable offset Taper" with Start Offset=0.

I have found 2 ways to solve this but are not practical:

1) Change the elevation of the text to 0. (From "Preferences"---View Options-Civil"---Manipulator Font Scale=0 )

2) Change temporarily the start offset to another value (instead of 0) so the text of the station and the text of the offset are not on the arrow). This way I can pick on the arrow perfectly.

Later I have to put offset to 0.

But I would like a button to turn ON/OFF the text of manipulators.
