IT would be a great extension of the ribbon abilities if we could have the ribbon interface extend to the second application window for those of us who use 2.
would this be similar to the tray area for current monitors being used ? where the icons are duplicated ? or would this be a separate ribbon with totally different options ? I am guessing you want the latter - but I wanted to be sure.

should this be limited to two application windows ? or should it be able to be done in as many application windows as can be opened (IE: 3, 4, etc...)
