Hi.
In the "Expression Builder" dialog (to create an Item Type with an Expression), when you have typed an equation and you press the [Test] button then generally it says "Expression is valid" but the [Test] button does not take into account the type of the Property.
For example, if I put Type= True/False and I put the Expression 2*5, the [Test] button will say "Expression is valid".
So please, the [Test] button should consider the Type (Text,Number,...) of the Property, and warn us that the Type of the property is wrong.
There is the parameter "Failure Value" to insert a text such as "Is not Valid" to check if an Expression was calculated right but you only can check this once you have attached an element to this Item Type, not when you are defining an Expression.
I think that the Expressions technology should provide more information generally. When an Expression is invalid, no reason is given.
